Make sure to keep a look out for your loved ones who may be unable to cope with the heat.

#3 Eat healthier. Higher temperatures are dangerous for those with existing heart conditions. And that’s why this season, it’s even more important to keep ourselves healthy by eating the right kind of food. This summer, when you’re craving for a sweet treat – eat fresh fruit instead. #4 Exercise wisely. Now is not the right season to do too much cardio all at once. But if you must, do cooler cardio activities like swimming in cold water. It’s also best to shorten and divide your workout time, and do them only before or after the day’s hottest periods. If you want to take your exercise outside, make sure to pick shady and breezy spots. But for the summer, it is ideal to do your workouts in a properly ventilated and/or air-conditioned indoor gym.

Love or Luck?: Luck at First Sight

The movie revolves with 2 characters  Joma (played by Jericho Rosales) and Diane (Bela Padilla) both experiencing their own series of ups & downs. Joma has a serious gambling(he has his reasons why) habit and Diane struggling to keep their pharmacy business going while her Dad has problems with his health (Kidney problems).

Till one day, Joma decides to test his faith and rely his luck on the “Eye of the Mountain Tiger” or “Eye of the Tiger” HAHA which paved a way to meet Diane – he believes she is his LUCKY CHARM. They both agreed 50/50 on their wins everytime they hit the jackpot. As the time they spend together and the level of attachment gets stronger – feelings develop towards each other. The catch is you can’t fall in love because luck may shed off. That starts to test them.

There was kilig from beginning to end! The movie had some funny quotes and funny supporting cast played by the tandem of Chollo Baretto and Kim Molina. The movie never had a dull moment and captured brillantly by Dan Villegas (Director) – The movie has also content and maturely executed (straight to the point). Bela and Jericho Rosales brought kilig in the right paces of the movie plus they portrayed the emotions each character needed to showcase. You can catch so many morals from the story, that sometimes its not bad to believe in luck but I personally believe more in faith – If things were meant to be, It will be for you. Just don’t force it.
