This Rainy Season, Start Fresh with Seattle’s Best Coffee

A great take on coffee + art together can turn out to be great and fun! Who doesn’t love coffee and art.

Anina Rubio creates stellar art pieces, you can see her work around BGC. Her style is modern and fresh just like SBC. She demonstrated her latest art project which is the  highlight of SBC Highstreet’s glass window.  Giving it a fresh take  and her personal touch because she loves her coffee in the morning.

“I’m very much inspired by nature. You can see it in 98 percent of my artworks. This mural is very personal because I start my day with a shot of espresso or an Iced Americano, and I also have a backyard full of plants, which is a similar setting to what you have here at SBC BGC,” – Anina Rubio

Along with that the series of workshops lined up – The SBC Perkspective, a series of quarterly pocket events that will offer talks, workshops, and informal meet-ups aimed at giving a fresh perspective on how we create and view art, music, photography and other creative processes.

Inspired by Anina’s  work, the handy SBC tumblers were so fun to decorate and personalize according to your personality. I had a small contribution on the mural just the details on the leaves, I think mine looked like chicken feet hehehe

SBC is known for serving FRESH anytime! I personally know this because while I was reviewing for my board exam way back at  SBC – Tomas Morato, there were open till 4am (on selected days) so when I fell to pull an all nighter SBC was my go to- fresh meals, drinks and coffee. Till now my SBC meals and coffee never fails to be always fresh.
