To my readers I am giving away tickets for the Bacchus Energy Drink Block Screening on March 26, 2016 at The Podium Mall. The movie starts at 3PM. #bacchusdawnofjustice

Bacchus energy drink is my partner when I do my intense workout, It supplies fuel to drive my energy especially when I do intense plyo, cardio and weights as my workout routine. As advised, I consume half of the can – only drink energy drink when you plan to do intense workout. Not super everyday. But having that source of energy helps whether you are on the go, for as long you partner a bacchus can during your extra curricular. Since I am a nurse I better share some health tips as well.
