“MAKE IT” is the call-to-action to all boys to show what they can do with Hot Wheels through
customization and competition, through imagination and hacks, through cool cars and a daring
attitude. This encourages and enables boys to experience a sense of ACHIEVEMENT.
“EPIC” is a challenge to boys to make Hot Wheels play bigger, faster, higher, cooler, louder,
anywhere, any way. It is the promise of EXHILARATION.
It’s more than just a tagline, it’s a CHALLENGE.
“DON’T JUST MAKE IT AWESOME, MAKE IT EPIC!™”
I grew up with Hot Wheels – it came with every kid’s meal at McDonald when i was young, it was the counterpart of Barbie (for girls). When I was invited, it kinda brought out that inner kid-at-heart feeling and being at the soft launch at Mega mall -Toy Kingdom made me reminisce my formative young years. I brought my not-so-baby sister with me, maybe she would appreciate it since it was family day and she wanted to go out as well (we tried to play with some of the play set) and my college best friend/blogger bestie, Charlene was there too -she brought her almost entire clan, her nephews are avid fans of Hot wheels that’s why.
As they say “Make It Epic”, Hot Wheels will be launching new addition to the collection. New releases such as Marvel, Star Wars, Disney, Justice League and many others. There maybe an increase with the price rate – ofcourse it is limited edition. Then there will be a contest around this month of February, in search of the oldest collector of Hot Wheels in the country or the most number of collectibles, as announced during the launch.
So a lot of big things will be happening for Hot Wheels this year that’s why “Make it Epic” and a lot of things to look forward too so stay tune you can follow them at Facebook: Make It Epic PH and the hashtag #MakeItEpicPH
