Cycle and Rehydrate with G-Active Electrolyte Water Drink

GATORADE launches its water based electrolyte drink in LIME LEMON (personal fave), ORANGE AND BERRY! and introducing their #GACTIVEFITCREW spearheaded by fitspirations like Isabelle Daza, with his unbeliveable weight loss, Raymond Gutierrez and the dance trooper,  Yassi Pressman.

Followed by The G-Active Fit Crew Nikki Torres founder of NT Sweat, TV and Movie Actress Aubrey Miles, Philippines’ Next Top Model host Maggie Wilson, Flyweight PH boxing instructor Vince Velasco, Arnold’s Army founder Arnold Aninion, G-Active Brand ambassadors Belle Daza and Raymond Gutierrez, Ida Paras of Ride Revolution, and DJ Patty Tiu, Hosted by Joyce Pring

Daza, is also co-owner and instructor at the spinning class studio Ride Revolution, is definitely not new to the fitness scene. For this bubbly beauty, fitness is a passion she pursues with gusto. She shared, “I have personally seen how committing to physical fitness can transform lives for the better and I want more people to experience that amazing feeling. I am very excited to team up with G Active to get more people moving and pursuing a more physically active lifestyle.”

Gutierrez has recently made headlines for his inspiring weight loss and journey towards a healthier body. “This whole process really changed my life and aside from enjoying the physical benefits, what really makes me happy is seeing how my journey has inspired other people,” he said. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to motivate and hopefully, educate, more people though G Active.” and he said “0 sugar!, sign me up”

Meanwhile, Pressman, like most actresses her age, makes sure to commit to regular exercise and healthy food choices to stay in top shape. The Filipina-British actress’ first love—dancing—also helps keep her fit despite her hectic schedule. “There’s no shortcut to a healthy body. You really have to eat right and exercise,” she said. “What I really like about G Active is that it fits right into my active lifestyle. I’m definitely proud to be part of this amazing team.”

Admit it, we all follow them on Instagram, they all belong to an IT CREW, check their IG stories and wished we had the same determination and discipline. Something that should definitely look up to.

The event gave me the opportunity to meet Isabelle Daza, I do check her instagram stories because she is very insightful and informative. My mom really likes her too! plus she’s morena and pinay. Upon checking her Instagram there was one entry she was trying to talk with bunch of girls but apparently they just wanted a picture. I approached her and introduced myself and I kinda blanked after that. She’s so kind, I even asked her a short shoutout on my IG story – Thanks Belle! Doing cycling behind you made me feel like a POTATO and the other fit girls around me. Thank God I do RPM and Cycling in the gym (Hindi magpapahuli si teddy bear haha). I love RPM/CYCLING for years I’ve considered it a good workout not cardio but also upper body strength, core, speed and cardio. You can burn 600-800 calories.

Anyways remembering  the good old nursing days, we would always recommend GATORADE as part of our health teaching for REHYDRATION because it contains electrolytes plus its affordable for patients especially in the public hospital. Back in the day the Colored energy drinks were more available, we mostly encouraged the light colored ones especially for dengue patients because it might be mistaken as blood in the stool( “feces”/”poop”). Generally Gatorade was highly endorsed Nurses.

Now maybe student-nurses/ millenials can endorse the G ACTIVE with no hesitation because it can cater to all since its water base and had electrolytes and still affordable – at 7/11 it cost like P24. And ofcourse best to rehydrate after workout or any intense activities which you generally sweat since our body also sheds off electrolytes to replace the electrolytes loss. The taste is more subtle compared to the energy drinks, If you may ask. IT HAS 0 SUGAR, Per serving 200 ml (1 bottle is 500 ML) 2 kcal, 0 fat, 0 trans and saturated fat, 0 cholesterol, 0 carbs, 86 Sodium (Where water goes, sodium follows), 28 potassium, 12 Niacin (Vit B3) and 0.4 Vit B6.
